About The Role
Working as part of a highly dedicated and professional Events Team, you will be responsible for processing phone and email bookings in line with company processes and procedures. As part of our Events and Network Team, you will work closely with our Operations teams, clients, and affiliates. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual who understands the importance of delivering a first-class service and is committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.

Salary
Up to £30,000
Location
Paddington: Monday – Friday (some weekends as per business, need for events - flexibility required)
WFH - 1 day per week
Reporting Lines
Reports to the Events Team Leader and Operations Director
Main Accountabilities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the Events, Operations, Exec Control, and Car Control teams to ensure the successful delivery of events.
- Manage vehicle bookings from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring all client requirements are accurately captured and fulfilled.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal teams, clients, and affiliates to support effective communication and service excellence.
- Contribute to a supportive team environment, sharing knowledge and assisting colleagues where required to achieve team objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to help improve processes, efficiency, and customer experience.
Requirements
- Eagerness and willingness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as a team player.
- Highly organised with amazing attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of the Shamrock (operating system) is desirable.
- Experience managing bookings and customer information is desirable.
