Location: Near Grantham, Leicestershire
Salary: £35,000 p.a.

The Company
ER Recruitment are proud to be partnering exclusively with Belvoir Castle, a prestigious and historic estate renowned for its luxury hospitality, events and visitor experiences.
As the business continues to expand its events offering, they are looking for an organised and client-focused professional to help coordinate and deliver exceptional experiences across weddings, corporate functions and private events.

Role & Responsibilities Of The Events Coordinator
- Manage the operational delivery of events from point of booking through to execution
- Prepare quotations, pricing, schedules and all event administration documentation
- Coordinate internal departments, suppliers and stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery
- Act as the key client contact throughout the planning journey, building strong and trusted relationships
- Attend and oversee events on-site, ensuring exceptional standards and resolving issues proactively
About You As The Events Coordinator
- Previous experience within events, hospitality, weddings, operations or project coordination
- Exceptionally organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise effectively
- Professional, polished and confident in client-facing environments
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Flexible and adaptable with the ability to remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
