We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our team as Events Coordinator at Sun Street Hotel, with an initial focus on building our opening team. This role offers a clear career pathway as part of the Sales team.

The Ideal Candidate
We seek an individual with proven experience in:
- Events coordination, ideally within a luxury hotel or restaurant environment
- Excellent customer service skills, with a knack for creating memorable guest experiences
- Confidence, flair, and organisation skills to ensure seamless event delivery
Additional qualities include:
- Strong sense of detail and prioritisation
- Integrity and a positive demeanour
Role Responsibilities
To excel in this position, you will:
Event Coordination & Customer Engagement
- Collaborate with all departments to understand operational requirements and meet guest/member requests
- Partner with various teams to ensure excellence in every event
- Develop a deep understanding of our hotel’s operations, events, and procedures
- Familiarise yourself with the One Crown Place and its neighbourhood
- Engage with guests and members to deliver exceptional service

Service Delivery & Excellence
- Embed our operating standards into daily operations by promoting excellent communication among colleagues
- Ensure guests leave with a favourable last impression
