Events Coordinator
Senior Events Coordinator
Location: Leicester Type: Permanent
Our mission is to curate unforgettable, impactful experiences—whether webinars, seminars, dinners or networking events. Now we’re seeking a dynamic Events Coordinator to join our close-knit team, partnering with the Partnerships Manager and Marketing to elevate every occasion with precision and flair.
About the Role
As our Events Coordinator, you’ll be the orchestral force behind flawless event execution. From meticulous advance planning and on-site coordination, to managing budgets and ensuring regulator compliance, you’ll ensure every detail aligns with our luxury-standards approach.
You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment where creativity marries razor-sharp logistics.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle of events—from conceptualisation to execution and post-event review
- Oversee all on-site coordination, vendor management, and technical requirements with exemplary attention to detail
- Manage budgets rigorously while ensuring scalable cost efficiencies
- Build strong vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure best value
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Partnerships, Sales) to align events with wider business objectives
- Ensure complete compliance with financial services regulations and industry standards
- Create post-event reports, gathering data to refine future strategies
- Occasional overnight travel (dependent on event demands)

Requirements
Ideal Skills & Experience
- 2–3 years as an Events Coordinator, Event Planner, or in luxury hospitality/elevated client environments
- Confidence in complex logistics—venue selection, AV, catering, scheduling
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent,BizBash) or similar
- Detailed grasp of financial services event protocols

- Exceptional organisation skills—able to juggle multiple deadlines with grace
