Events & Corporate Fundraising Assistant – Charitable Organisation
Harris Hill are excited to partner with a fantastic charity to recruit an Events & Corporate Fundraising Assistant to strengthen their dynamic fundraising team. This role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity to build a career in fundraising, events, relationship management and supporter engagement.
About The Role
This position involves providing administrative and database support to the Events and Corporate teams, ensuring exceptional supporter experiences while driving fundraising income. Duties include coordinating corporate partnerships, managing supporter engagement across digital channels, and delivering compelling big events.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Events and Corporate teams
- Maintain and update fundraising CRM and supporter databases
- Process donations, income and acknowledgements in compliance with deadlines
- Assist with monthly financial administration, including reconciliations and coding
- Research prospective corporate supporters and support outreach initiatives
- Create, edit and design promotional materials, documents and communications
- Monitor and manage shared supporter inboxes and enquiries
- Develop engaging social media posts and email campaigns
- Support event planning and delivery, including occasional evening and weekend work
- Build and sustain positive relationships with supporters, volunteers and internal teams

Requirements
We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organisation and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise under pressure
- A self-motivated, proactive mindset with enthusiasm for learning
- Strong interpersonal skills, a supportive character, and a genuine passion for fundraising, events and supporter engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- A deep empathy for the charity’s mission and the communities we support

Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £32,929 per annum
- Contract Type: Permanent (35 hours per week, hybrid: 2 days in-office)
- Location: London
