Job Description
The Events Executive will collaborate closely with Events Managers to support the sales and planning of all events while delivering exceptional service. This role ensures Raffles London’s events offering remains best-in-class, evolves with industry trends, and consistently delights guests. Additionally, the position involves new business development and contributing to strategic projects to strengthen the events department.

Responsibilities
Operations
- Assist in selling and planning events, covering tasks such as:
- Taking initial enquiries
- Preparing proposals
- Sending out contracts
- Negotiating pricing
- Processing event orders
- Coordinating execution, ensuring alignment with Raffles London standards
- Attend events to act as a detailed liaison between clients and the operations team, fostering a seamless guest experience
- Conduct post-event follow-ups, including:
- Gathering client feedback attentively
- Verifying accurate and timely billing
- Perform site visits and entertain guests, social agents, or bookers
- Accurately forecast events and generate forecast reports as required
Additional Responsibilities
- Cover for the line manager or senior employees when absent
- Perform other duties as required or assigned, including temporary work across departments or restaurants
