Events Executive

Senior Conference Operations Manager

You will have the unique opportunity to own the operational standards of every conference we run. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end execution of 10 European private equity conferences annually, including venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and overall event experience.

Your Responsibilities

Your work will centre on execution, coordination and ownership, key areas include:

Supplier & Vendor Management

  • Research and source suppliers tailored to event needs (venues, catering, AV, tech, etc.).
  • Identify top-tier partners for branding, promotions, after-hours experiences & more.
  • Negotiate cost-effective contracts while ensuring premium quality.
  • Nurture long-term supplier relationships, resolving challenges proactively.
  • Maintain strict budget controls, ensuring all financial decisions are flagged in advance.

End-to-End Event Execution

  • Overseer and deliver high-profile private sector conference programs (VIP dinners, lunches, and after-hours activations).
  • On-site coordination with venues and teams, ensuring flawless execution in 10+ European conferences annually.
  • Live support during events—solving issues and elevating attendee experiences.

Team & Volunteer Operations

  • Lead a 40-person volunteer force, from recruitment and training to last-minute logistics.
  • Chief liaison for internal project briefings, queries and inventories.
  • Quality assurance checks on branded materials (banners, signage, brochures).

Strategic Mindset

  • Continuously streamline processes—every detail matters.
  • Anticipate risks and solution-provide proactively.
