Role Summary

Job Title: Events Executive – AD Education Location: London, East Team: Marketing & Events Reports To: Campus Manager Contract Type: Permanent Grade & Salary: Grade 6 – Up to £29,866 (based on skills, experience, and qualifications) Closing Date: Tuesday 14th July 2026 Interview Date: TBC


About The Role

Are you a proactive, organised individual with a passion for the creative industries and education? Do you thrive in a hands-on role where no two days are the same?

We're looking for an Events Executive to join our dynamic Marketing and Events Team at ICMP & SAE, based at our London East campus. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact recruitment and student experience events across London, helping create memorable experiences for prospective and current students while building strong relationships with schools, colleges, and creative hubs.

Key Responsibilities

Working closely with the Head of Events, Campus Manager, and Recruitment & Admissions Team, you’ll lead the coordination and delivery of:

Recruitment Events

  • Open Days and Evenings
  • Experience Days
  • UCAS and HE Fairs
  • School Workshops and Tours

Student Experience Events

  • Freshers Week
  • Guest Speaker and Masterclass Programmes
  • Graduation Ceremonies
  • End-of-Year Showcases and Songwriter Circles
  • Student-led initiatives and enrichment activities

Additional support may include:

  • Summer Schools
  • Non-Accredited Courses (NAC)
  • International school partner events

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is:

  • Experienced in event coordination and logistics
  • Passionate about creative education and student engagement
  • A proactive, organised individual, thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and willing to travel, including evenings and weekends
  • Possesses a valid UK driving license (essential)

Desirable:

  • Experience in live events, stage management, or technical support
  • Familiarity with tools such as Eventbrite, Zoom, Canva, and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of the higher education landscape, especially in creative subjects
