We are currently recruiting for an Events and Groups Sales Co-ordinator to join the team at The Londoner Hotel. Your main responsibilities will be to provide critical administration support to the Events and Groups team.
Your Responsibilities
The Events and Groups Sales Co-ordinator will support the Events and Groups department by co-ordinating internal and external communications, assisting with sales processes and managing event logistics. You will assist sales managers with the distribution of sales leads. You will respond to client enquiries in a timely and efficient manner and assist managers with putting together and sending proposals along with contract and event orders. You will ensure that client records are maintained and up to date in the hotels CRM system. You will support with site inspections, client walkthroughs and fam trips when needed as well as following up with clients for post event feedback. You will manage all internal bookings

Qualifications and skills
A minimum of 1 year experience within 4 or 5 star hotels. You will have strong organisational, multi tasking and customer service skills You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed.
