Create events that influence conversations, build relationships and drive business growth.
Are you an experienced Events Manager who thrives on delivering high-impact events that make a real commercial difference?
We're looking for a strategic, ambitious and highly organised Events Manager to lead an exciting programme of industry-leading events across the UK healthcare sector. This is a unique opportunity to shape how a growing consultancy engages with senior decision-makers, industry leaders and key stakeholders through exceptional event experiences.
From exclusive roundtables and thought leadership forums to major exhibitions and conferences, you'll take ownership of an influential events programme that strengthens relationships, generates new opportunities and enhances market presence.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering a forward-thinking events strategy that supports business development, client engagement and brand visibility.
This is far more than event logistics. You'll play a key commercial role in identifying opportunities, building influential relationships and ensuring every event delivers measurable business value.
If you're someone who enjoys taking ownership, influencing senior stakeholders and seeing the tangible impact of your work, we'd love to hear from you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
