Founded in 1986, de Gournay is one of the world’s leading creators of hand-painted wallcoverings, fabrics and porcelain. With showrooms across Europe, Asia and North America, we work with the world’s leading interior designers, architects, hospitality groups and private clients to create extraordinary interiors.

Events are an integral part of our global marketing strategy, providing immersive experiences that celebrate craftsmanship, artistry and design while strengthening relationships with our clients and partners.

We are seeking an exceptional Events Manager to join our growing global events team.

This is a fast-paced role for an organised, creative and highly proactive individual who thrives on delivering flawless luxury events. You will work closely with the Global Event Director to plan and execute a varied programme of international events including showroom openings, client dinners, workshops, product launches, in-house craft fairs and brand collaborations.

The successful candidate will be equally comfortable executing event concepts, managing budgets, coordinating complex logistics and ensuring every guest experience reflects the exceptional standards of the de Gournay brand.

Event Planning & Delivery

  • Manage the planning and execution of UK and international events from concept through to completion.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Creative teams to deliver event stationery, tablescapes and curated event spaces that celebrate and champion the de Gournay brand.
  • Produce detailed project plans and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered on time.
  • Coordinate catering, floristry, entertainment, production and technical suppliers where necessary.
  • Support Project Managers with RSVP management and seating plans.
  • Travel internationally to deliver events on-site.
  • Ensure every event is delivered to the highest luxury standard.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
