Scope of Role
Reporting to our Head of Demand Generation, you will lead and evolve the global events programme across owned formats and third-party industry events, shaping how ITRS connects with senior decision-makers across key accounts and markets.
You will design and deliver high-impact, premium brand experiences that drive market engagement and strategic account development, and contribute directly to pipeline and commercial outcomes. This permanent role offers a hybrid work schedule at our London HQ as an individual contributor.

As an Events Manager, you own:
- End-to-end event delivery: Own delivery from venue sourcing and supplier management through to event logistics and onsite execution, ensuring events are delivered on brief, on time, and to a consistently high standard
- Pre- and post-event communications: Plan and coordinate pre-event and post-event communications, including attendee information, internal briefings, and structured follow-up to grow engagement and pipeline
- Event promotion & audience engagement: Define and coordinate event promotion across marketing channels, ensuring the right audiences are reached and engaged in alignment with event and pipeline objectives
- Attendee experience: Deliver a streamlined, high-quality end-to-end experience, working closely with platform marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and narrative across all event programs
- Event development and scalability: Establish scalable, repeatable event formats, playbooks, and processes to improve consistency, efficiency, and impact across regions and event types
- Event ROI: Establish and track event performance indicators - including lead generation, pipeline influence, meeting volume, and attendee engagement - to measure Return on investment and inform future strategy
- Sales alignment and enablement: Partner with sales to define event goals, support meeting generation, and ensure structured follow-up that converts engagement into pipeline
- Travel and logistics: Travel on-site to events to provide hands-on logistics management and ensure seamless execution
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in B2B events, within technology or SaaS
- Deliver owned and third-party industry events across multiple geographies
- Project management skills whilst managing multiple events simultaneously
- Experience working with senior partners and external vendors
