THE ROLE

We are looking to hire an experienced Event Manager within the Brand Marketing team, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a dynamic events calendar that drives brand engagement and business growth. From concept to delivery, you’ll oversee end-to-end event production, ensuring seamless execution and impactful experiences. With a strong focus on B2B events, you’ll create opportunities to connect with key industry partners, stakeholders, and clients, reinforcing brand positioning and fostering meaningful relationships. Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll bring creative event concepts to life, delivering high-quality activations that align with broader marketing and business objectives. This role will be based out of our central Manchester office. Your Skills, Knowledge and Experience: We’re looking for an Event Manager who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable to change, and is brimming with creativity and exciting ideas. Someone who keeps their finger on the pulse of industry trends and is always ready to bring fresh, innovative concepts to life. Experience: 3–5 years of event management experience, preferably within a brand marketing, retail, or corporate environment. Brand Events: Experience delivering influencer-focused and PR-driven events (e.g. brand launches, PR previews, creator activations) Project Management: Proven track record of managing multiple events simultaneously, from concept to execution. Stakeholder Management: Experience working with internal teams, external partners, vendors, and senior stakeholders. Budgeting & Negotiation: Hands-on experience managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and securing cost-effective solutions. Team Leadership: Experience managing and mentoring a team, delegating tasks, and overseeing event staff or external agencies.
