Events Manager

About Us

At VetPlus, we believe that every pet deserves the best possible care. That’s why, for over 30 years, we have been dedicated to developing high-quality veterinary nutraceuticals that support pet health and wellbeing. As part of the Tangerine Group, we are The Global Leader in veterinary nutraceuticals, delivering innovative solutions to vets in over 50 countries worldwide. Our success is built on strong relationships, exceptional service, and an ongoing commitment to excellence.

The Role

We are looking for an organised, proactive and hands-on Events Manager to take ownership of our global events programme, ensuring every exhibition, sponsorship, and event delivers maximum impact while maintaining the highest standards of brand presentation.

As Events Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering VetPlus events across the UK and international markets. From developing annual event plans and managing budgets to overseeing stand design, logistics, and on-site delivery, you will play a key role in ensuring our events effectively support our commercial and marketing objectives.

This is a varied role that combines strategic planning with practical execution and requires regular attendance at events, including international travel.

Key Responsibilities

Event Planning & Project Management

  • Develop and maintain a structured annual events calendar across all divisions.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to define objectives for each event and create detailed delivery plans.
  • Manage event budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and value is maximised.
  • Coordinate accommodation, travel, and staffing requirements for all events.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with event organisers and suppliers.
  • Ensure all events comply with company procedures and operational standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
