Step into a role where you create unforgettable experiences above one of the world's most recognised city skylines, at the heart of the London Eye.
We're recruiting an Events Operations Manager (fixed-term, full-time) to lead the delivery, performance and growth of our hospitality, private pod and events business. From VIP celebrations and corporate events to premium guest experiences, you'll ensure every event is delivered safely, efficiently and to exceptional standards.
Working with the Senior Hospitality Manager, you'll be the operational force behind our Events and Hospitality offering. Acting as the key link between Sales, Events, Hospitality and Operations teams, you'll turn plans into seamless experiences while driving commercial success and guest satisfaction.
This is a role that combines operational leadership with hands-on delivery. You'll be visible during high-profile events, leading teams, supporting clients and making decisions that keep operations running smoothly. As Hospitality continues to grow, you'll support the delivery of larger Private Pod experiences, Lounge functions and new business opportunities, including the rollout of London Eye Weddings. Whether managing a private pod experience, launching a new hospitality product or overseeing a major event, you'll set the standard for excellence.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
