Role Overview:
The Events & Partner Marketing Manager plans and delivers high-impact events and partner co-marketing programs that build brand credibility and drive measurable leads and pipeline. This role owns end-to-end event execution, coordinates integrated partner campaigns, and develops compelling event and partner marketing assets to support overall go-to-market objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Own the events calendar and deliver end-to-end execution, including planning, logistics, on-site coordination, and post-event follow-up.
- Build structured event plans with clear objectives, target audience/ICP, messaging, budget, timelines, and success metrics.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders (e.g. Sales, Product, Regional Marketing, Leadership) and manage external vendors/agencies to ensure flawless delivery.
- Develop and run integrated event marketing campaigns (pre-event, onsite, and post-event) to drive registrations, meetings, and follow-up engagement.
- Manage event operations and data flows, including lead capture, attendee lists, meeting scheduling, and post-event nurture in collaboration with Digital/Marketing Operations.
- Design, execute, and optimise partner co-marketing programmes (e.g. joint events, content, email/social promotion, and paid activities) with Tier 1 partners.
- Define and track event and partner KPIs, producing post-event reviews and regular performance reports to inform continuous improvement.
- Create and maintain reusable event and partner marketing assets (briefs, email templates, booth collateral, etc.) ensuring consistent brand and messaging across all touchpoints.

About the Candidate:
- 1–3 years’ experience in event marketing, ideally in a B2B environment, with hands-on ownership of event logistics and campaign delivery.
- Proven track record coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing external vendors or agencies.
- Strong project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, risks, and detailed execution.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, able to work closely with Sales and international teams.
- Comfortable tracking performance and reporting on event and partner ROI (e.g. leads, opportunities, pipeline).
- Strong written communication skills for crafting event and partner communications and marketing assets.
- Experience supporting or running partner co-marketing programmes would be beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM/marketing automation and lead capture tools (e.g. HubSpot) and basic UTM tracking would be beneficial.
