Komodo is a global creative agency specialising in influencer marketing, social, talent, and experiential campaigns for some of the world’s leading consumer brands.

About the Role

As an Events Producer, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing Komodo's experiential campaigns to life. From intimate creator dinners and immersive retail pop-ups to international brand trips and large-scale hero moments, no two projects are the same. You'll have the opportunity to deliver a diverse range of experiences that connect brands with audiences in meaningful and memorable ways.

Working closely with colleagues across the agency, you'll lead event production from initial concept through to flawless execution, managing every stage of the process with creativity, precision, and attention to detail. You'll ensure each event is delivered to the highest standard, on time, on budget, and with an exceptional experience for both clients and guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day planning and execution of events and activations
  • Manage timelines, budgets, supplier communications, and project logistics
  • Coordinate venues, production, catering, travel, gifting, staffing, and guest management
  • Work closely with influencer, talent, and social teams to ensure content capture opportunities are integrated into all events
  • Support creative ideation and event pitching for new and existing clients
  • Manage on-site event delivery and troubleshoot in real time where needed
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, venues, and external partners
  • Support budget tracking, reporting, and reconciliation across projects
  • Ensure all events are delivered to a high creative and operational standard

About You

  • 3–4+ years’ experience in events, experiential, or brand activations
  • Experience delivering influencer-led or content-focused events is highly desirable
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Confident communicator with great client and stakeholder management skills
  • Passionate about social, influencer culture, and experiential marketing
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
  • Flexible to travel and work evenings/weekends when required
