Events Producer
Conference Operations Manager
You will own the operational standard of every conference we run. This role is responsible for the end-to-end execution of 10+ European private equity conferences per year, covering venues, suppliers, on-site teams, and overall experience.

Key Responsibilities
Your role will centre on end-to-end event operations, including:
Supplier Research and Management
- Source, compare, and select the best suppliers for venue needs, branding, and other event requirements.
- Conduct in-depth supplier research, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Maintain and build strong supplier relationships, resolving issues proactively.
- Oversee budget tracking, ensuring financial discipline and early alignment on changes.
Event Planning & Execution
- Plan sponsored VIP events, lunches, dinners, and after-hours activities.
- Coordinate with venue and staff to ensure seamless logistical execution.
- Provide on-site operational support, troubleshooting issues to guarantee smooth conferences.
Internal Team and Volunteer Support
- Streamline internal team communications, collating and resolving queries efficiently.
- Track and maintain event inventory, ensuring banners, signage, and promotional materials meet standards.
- Organise and manage a 40-person volunteer team, including hiring and training.

However, we’re seeking candidates with:
