Role: Project Director
Team: Event Delivery
Schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week (Hybrid vibes 🌍)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum
Location: UK-based - join us in the office once a week for creativity and connection ✨
Working Hours: Our core hours are 10am–6pm, giving you space to work flexibly around your flow ⚡

Why This Role Exists (and Why It’s Awesome)
The Project Director role exists to lead the day-to-day delivery of large, complex events - acting as the central connector between teams, clients, suppliers, and the Executive Producer to ensure every project runs smoothly from strategy to execution. You’re the person who turns creative ambition into reality, owning timelines, critical paths, budgets, workflows, and communication across departments, while keeping everything aligned and moving. It’s an exciting opportunity to work at the heart of high-profile events, influence creative and strategic direction, support and develop project teams, and shape exceptional end-to-end event experiences.

Day-to-Day Magic: ✨
- Translate client briefs into structured project plans, clear timelines, realistic budgets, and aligned deliverables for the team.
- Oversee the daily workflow of the project team, ensuring communication is smooth, responsibilities are clear, and everyone has what they need to progress.
- Coordinate suppliers, venues, logistics, and cross-departmental inputs (creative, technical, operations) to keep every element on track.
- Maintain the critical path and budget in real time - tracking milestones, identifying risks early, and adjusting plans proactively.
- Prepare agendas, document decisions, share actions, and keep all stakeholders updated with clear and timely communication.
- Lead or support on-site delivery, managing teams and suppliers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a polished, seamless event experience from start to finish.
