Your purpose here at DRPG is to enable audiences to experience incredible events like never before seamlessly. Because of you, jaws will drop, memories will be made, and futures will be transformed for the better.
The way you roll…
You have a knack for turning dreams into reality and there’s no one more organised than you. Your superpowers include a deep understanding of event intricacies, from safeguarding the bottom line to reconciling the accounts post-event. Balancing budgets and turning chaos into coordinated perfection is your daily routine.
But it's not just about the numbers for you. You're a people person. Connecting with others is your second nature, and you can grow relationships in no time. You’ve done just that at event agencies before and you know how to groove with different departments. Whether it's chatting with the creative minds, high-fiving the production crew, discussing designs, or navigating the digital realm, you're the maestro who conducts the whole symphony.
You've got a strong logistical background, turning potential chaos into well-organised experiences. And you’re ready to take your event mastery to the next level.
How you make it all possible…
- Owning the beginning, middle and end of every project – from planning through to on-site delivery
- Interpreting client requirements accurately, influencing where appropriate and producing full event response proposals in collaboration with other internal departments
- Managing multiple events simultaneously
- Being commercially aware throughout the project (you own the budget)
- Ensuring that post-event activity is given as much attention as the other stages of the project to support future event activity and facilitate continuous improvement
- Owning all health and safety processes, ensuring they are always completed and adhered to
- Clearly communicating with all stakeholders, internal and external, throughout the project

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
