Events & Project Manager

Latte is recruiting an Events & Project Manager to join the creative team at a leading B2B comms agency. This is an exciting and diverse role across live events, content-led storytelling, and project management. You'll manage a broad range of creative projects for B2B and corporate clients.

Location: London (Hybrid)
Hybrid policy: 3 office days per week
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 DOE

About the job

This is an opportunity to join the Creative Services team, made up of events, content, and design specialists. The role sits across live event experience, powerful content-led storytelling, and project management. Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a broad range of creative projects, from managing a podcast to briefing graphic designers and developing thought leadership reports.
  • Act as the daily contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring high-quality project delivery.
  • Guide junior team members to support seamless delivery during campaigns and activations.
  • Lead on event strategy and execution through overseeing full logistics and staging for events with a variety of formats, e.g., conferences, webinars, roundtables, and VIP dinners.
  • Build strong industry partnerships through sourcing venues, key suppliers, and high-profile speakers.
  • Shape campaign themes and draft engaging copy, thought leadership articles, and LinkedIn content for senior leaders.
  • Conduct campaign research to ensure client offerings remain highly defensible and unique.
  • Support the development of new business proposals to continue expanding our offering.

Essential experience:

  • 3+ years of experience spanning project management, events execution, and copywriting.
  • A proven track record in bridging the gap between seamless event logistics and high-impact editorial delivery.

The ideal candidate:

  • You have delivered high-quality virtual, hybrid, and physical events for corporate clients, alongside a proven ability to research, write, and shape engaging copy and campaign assets.
  • You possess the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
  • Strong copywriting and creative skills.
  • Empathetic with an ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.
  • Interest in attending networking events, seminars, or conferences to develop personal and professional skills.
  • A confident team player who can contribute in both client and internal meetings.
