Join a Global Leader in Private Markets A global private markets investment firm is seeking an Events Candidate to join their London team on an initial contract basis.

In this role, you will manage the end-to-end planning and execution of both external client facing and internal events across the EMEA region. This position offers the chance to work with senior stakeholders and global colleagues, contributing directly to strategic engagement with investors and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of client conferences and events
  • Oversee all logistics, from venue sourcing to vendor negotiation and on-the-ground coordination
  • Measure and report event success and ROI, ensuring continual improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including senior executives and marketing peers
  • Maintain the regional events calendar and ensure alignment with global initiatives
  • Manage and deliver internal events aligned with employee engagement and corporate communications

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated experience in end-to-end event management within asset management or private equity
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in engaging senior stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with Cvent and Marketo would be a plus
  • Comfortable working independently and within a collaborative global team
  • Cultural awareness of EMEA and APAC markets is ideal
