Events - Senior Manager

Senior Manager, Events – Vialto

About the Role

Vialto helps multinational companies and their people work across borders legally and compliantly. We combine deep expertise in immigration, tax, business travel, and remote work to make global work better.

Join us as a Senior Manager, Events, leading our global events strategy. This role involves planning, executing, and managing our whole events portfolio—from annual strategy and budget oversight to stakeholder collaboration and post-event analysis. You’ll ensure our events align with Vialto’s brand, support business objectives, and deliver impactful experiences for our audience.

You’ll partner closely with marketing, business stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver successful events across regions, formats, and audiences. Overseeing operational excellence and program strategy, you’ll align with the Head of Global Creative & Events on major decisions and long-term goals.

Responsibilities

Your role requires high-level ownership and driving cross-functional collaboration for events at scale.

Events Strategy & Management

  • Partner with the Head of Global Creative & Events to develop and execute the annual global events strategy aligned with marketing and business priorities.
  • Manage the global events calendar for flagship, regional, executive, and internal audiences.
  • Track end-to-end event spend while ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining high quality and impact.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define objectives, themes, and measurable outcomes.
  • Guide messaging, positioning, and experience design to effectively position events and reflect brand concepts.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
