About the Role
Vialto helps multinational companies and their people work across borders legally and compliantly. We combine deep expertise in immigration, tax, business travel, and remote work to make global work better.
Join us as a Senior Manager, Events, leading our global events strategy. This role involves planning, executing, and managing our whole events portfolio—from annual strategy and budget oversight to stakeholder collaboration and post-event analysis. You’ll ensure our events align with Vialto’s brand, support business objectives, and deliver impactful experiences for our audience.
You’ll partner closely with marketing, business stakeholders, and external agencies to deliver successful events across regions, formats, and audiences. Overseeing operational excellence and program strategy, you’ll align with the Head of Global Creative & Events on major decisions and long-term goals.
Responsibilities
Your role requires high-level ownership and driving cross-functional collaboration for events at scale.
Events Strategy & Management
- Partner with the Head of Global Creative & Events to develop and execute the annual global events strategy aligned with marketing and business priorities.
- Manage the global events calendar for flagship, regional, executive, and internal audiences.
- Track end-to-end event spend while ensuring cost efficiency and maintaining high quality and impact.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define objectives, themes, and measurable outcomes.
- Guide messaging, positioning, and experience design to effectively position events and reflect brand concepts.

Agency & Partner Management
- Manage agency partners and key vendors for production, logistics, and event support.
- Evaluate venues based on experience quality, location scalability, and cost, ensuring alignment with event objectives and brand standards.
- Oversee event technology (e.g., Cvent) partners, ensuring tools meet program goals for measurement and attendee experience.
Event Production & Experience Delivery
- Lead end-to-end event production from concept to wrap-up, including production timelines, run-of-shows, and staffing plans.
- Manage production agencies, AV partners, venue teams, catering, transport, and registration vendors to deliver seamless in-person experiences.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for event execution, with alignment from the Head of Global Creative & Events for strategic challenges.
- Defined KPIs and ROI frameworks, and deliver post-event insights to leadership.
Event Content, Communications & Stakeholder Management
- Develop and execute content strategies that align with business goals and audience needs.
- Partner with business leaders and subject matter experts to create compelling event agendas.
- Manage speaker and presenter engagement, including content development, timelines, and onsite support.
- Coordinate with creative, brand, and digital teams on multimedia assets (websites, apps, and marketing collateral).
- Draft event communications for speakers, sponsors, and attendees throughout the lifecycle.
- Identify opportunities to repackage event content, extending its impact post-event.

Sponsorship & Engagement Strategy
- Create scalable sponsorship packages and revenue opportunities.
- Define benefits, coordinated deliverables, and maximise sponsor value through engagement programs.
Qualifications
Required:
- 8–12+ years of experience in events, experiential marketing, or related fields.
- Track record of leading multi-regional event portfolios.
- Prior executive stakeholder management in a matrixed organisation.
- Strong budget oversight and cost-strategy decision-making.
- Heterogeneous communication skills, including hands-on content and collateral development.
- Willingness to travel as needed for event execution.
- Proven experience with expectation, vendor and agency collaborations.
- Experience in flagship or executive-level events in a B2B or global organisation.
- Experience using event performance metrics and ROI frameworks.
Additional Information
- Full-time hybrid role, available in New York or London.
- Compensation: $145–$155k (based on location, qualifications, and market saliva).
