About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Events to lead our global events strategy and expand our renowned programme.
As part of a nimble but impactful team, you’ll oversee every facet of Vialto’s global events—from annual planning, vendor selection, content creation, and execution to post-event analysis—ensuring every engagement drives ROI, brand resonance, and unparalleled attendee experience.

Key Responsibilities
Events Strategy
- Partner with the Head of Global Creative & Events to craft and execute the annual global events strategy, aligning with Vialto’s business objectives.
- Manage the global events calendar spanning flagship, regional, executive, and internal events to ensure effective coverage and impact.
- Lead cost optimization and budget management while balancing spend with quality and key outcomes.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define event objectives, themes, and measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate to align events with the larger brand and campaign strategy, elevating the overall experience.
- Provide brand and creative direction in content execution, ensuring consistency and impact at each touchpoint.

Agency, Partner and Venue Management
- Oversee agency partners and key vendors for optimal event execution, coordinating timelines, deliverables, and budgets.
- Evaluate venues, logistics, and vendors— strumental elements such as scalability, location, and cost—to align with brand standards and goals.
- Direct oversight of the event technology ecosystem (e.g. Cvent), ensuring seamless integration of platforms that serve attendee engagement and industry analytics.
Event Production and Delivery
- From concept to execution, manage all aspects of global flagship events, including timelines, staffing, AV production, catering, and stakeholder coordination.
- Develop detailed production briefs, run-of-show documents, and mitigation plans for all events to ensure smooth delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for onsite events, ensuring alignment with the Head of Global Creative & Events when required.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across events, delivering insights to leadership and stakeholders.
Content and Communications
- Partner on agenda design, speaker curation, and content strategy to drive relevance and impact.
- Collaborate with speakers, SMEs, and business leaders to ensure event deliverables align with internal messaging and brand values.
- Lead speaker management from concept to execution, including briefing, content reviews, and live event support.
- Deliver effective communications, whether drafting attendee invitations, hosting campaigns, or overseeing post-event engagement.
- Coordinate with brand, marketing, and creative teams to ensure a consistent, engaging flow across pre-, during, and post-event touchpoints.
- Ensure all visuals, digital assets, and messaging adhere to brand standards before release.
Sponsorship and Revenue
- Develop scalable sponsorship packages, manage agreements, and optimize value and ROI for partners.
- Work with cross-regional teams to identify new revenue opportunities and drive strategic partnerships aligned with events.

Requirements
Experience
- 8–12+ years in events, experiential marketing, or related disciplines.
- Ability to execute multi-concurrent events across diverse regions, ensuring consistency and scope governance.
- Demonstrated success in executive stakeholder management within a matrixed or global context.
- Hands-on experience in budget oversight and strategic allocation to align costs with objectives.
- Physical and digital proven ability to craft event communications including websites, email campaigns, video script development, and lithocopy production.
Technical Comprehensiveness
- Expertise in managingRelationships with and ensuring prudent relationships with event agencies/VRO companies.
- Direct experience integrating technical, technical gifting event tools.
- Understanding of events’ administrative nuances from RFPSubmission through logistical handoff/release.
Additional Qualifications
- Prior work with in-house or agency teams and inclusive execution on globally promoted events (attendee range: Food & Service from 50–5,000+).
- First-hand understanding of marketing alignment and bridging between business and creative goals.
- Recognized capacity to solve high-impact problems through global event agency partner relations.
- Familiarity with key events KPI frameworks and ability to tailor metrics for every event type within their portfolio.
