Events Specialist / Events Expert | Higher Education Sector

Ready to take ownership of high profile events that make a real impact across the Higher Education sector?
We're looking for an experienced Events Specialist / Events Expert to join a well established team delivering conferences, sponsorships, customer engagement programmes and industry events across the UK.
This is a hands on role for someone who thrives on bringing events to life. You'll manage everything from planning and logistics through to on site delivery, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners and event vendors to create outstanding experiences.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading the delivery of conferences, exhibitions, sponsorships and customer events
- Managing event logistics, travel, venues, suppliers and timelines
- Coordinating stakeholders and ensuring projects stay on track
- Supporting event marketing and attendee engagement activities
- Providing guidance and expertise to colleagues across the team
- Ensuring every event is delivered to an exceptional standard
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience delivering events within Higher Education, Professional Membership Bodies, Associations or B2B environments
- Strong project management skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Experience managing multiple events simultaneously
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and external partners
- Someone who can hit the ground running and work independently
