Events Specialist, Senior
Purpose of the Position
The Events Specialist, Senior oversees the execution of multiple Owner and Prospect events for Ultra High Net Worth Individuals (UHNWI) clients across Europe.
The role involves supporting the department in delivering exceptional, bespoke experiences for existing clients to foster relationships and loyalty, always ensuring the NetJets brand remains central to every event.
The incumbent will:
- Manage assigned events from concept to delivery
- Proactively support systems and guest lists
- Provide event coordination and assistance across all operational areas
- Ensure smooth, on-brand execution—on time and within budget
⚠️ Frequent travel to events throughout Europe is required.
⏳ This is a temporary position (2 years).
Key Responsibilities
Event Strategy & Execution
- Plan and oversee the largest, most high-profile events, with a strong focus on cost-saving opportunities and budget adherence
- Contribute to key NetJets Owner Events, including:
- Monaco Grand Prix activations
- Art Activations
- Gastronomic Events
- Tennis Clinics with Tennis Legends
- Manage smaller partner events with pre- and on-site briefings, supplier coordination, and Sales Team alignment
- Oversee the Bi-annual Sales Team Meeting and internal events
On-Site Delivery
- Ensure flawless execution, from pre-event communications to:
- Guest arrivals
- On-site event management
- Printing and delivery of materials
- Owner gifts distribution
- Post-event follow-ups
- Lead preparation of essential event documentation, including:
- Contracts
- Function sheets
- Floor plans, table plans & place cards
- Menus
- Develop project plans & budgets for each event, collaborating with Marketing & Communications for seamless execution

Contract & Logistics Management
- Secure contracts for all events and ensure client sign-off
- Oversee experience enhancements post-event via Owner communications inbox (Evaluating feedback to identify unique opportunities for future events.)
Administrative & Financial Responsibilities
- Manage event admin, including:
- Raising Purchase Orders (POs)
- Invoice submission and tracking
- Coordinate team travel and shipment logistics
- Ensure Salesforce campaigns are updated pre- and post-event to track attendance for analytics
Problem-Solving & Stakeholder Support
- Rapidly resolve issues through proactive thinking and collaboration with the Events Lead
- Contribute to company-wide event objectives, helping Sales Teams engage clients and prospects
- Maintain a growth mindset, continuously refining processes for improvement
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in related fields, e.g. Events Management, Business, Marketing)
- Preferred: Postgraduate qualification in Events Management

- Leadership in full-cycle event production (concept to reconciliation)
