Events Supervisor
Events Supervisor (0 Hours Contract)
Location: 116 Pall Mall, London Salary: £15.50 per hour + Tronc
About the Role
We are looking for an Event Supervisor to join our dynamic team at 116 Pall Mall, a stunning Georgian venue with roots dating back to 1820. Originally designed by John Nash, this versatile venue offers everything from traditional meeting rooms to glamourous chandelier-filled ballrooms.
As an Event Supervisor at Searcys, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to lead and co-ordinate events, ensuring their success from start to finish. Collaborating closely with managers and leadership teams to deliver seamless event experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure events are set up and delivered on time, as outlined in event briefs.
- Co-ordinate with the kitchen and events team to ensure flawless event execution.
- Lead short- and long-term event planning for spaces across Searcys venues.
- Maintain or exceed budgeted sales and profitability targets for each event.
- Guide your team to build strong, value-driven customer relationships, supporting sales objectives.
- Oversee front-of-house operations during assigned events, including team briefings.
- Coordinate all activities to guarantee client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Requirements & Qualifications
To excel in this role, we’re looking for candidates with:
- 1+ years of experience in event management or hospitality.
- Thorough knowledge of event management throughout the entire process—from conception to execution.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating fertility or adaptability under pressure.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Problem-solving mindset, combining creativity and strategic thinking.
- Self-motivated, encouraging, humble, and composed under pressure.
