Evidence Processing Administrator

Location: Co Londonderry Salary: £14.40 per hour

As an Evidence Processing Administrator, you will work within a dedicated and diverse team to provide excellent service standards while ensuring properties and related items are managed effectively through our systems:

  • Record, log, and store confidential item information
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal contacts
  • Facilitate secure movement of items between key locations
  • Maintain up-to-date, accurate records
  • Offer guidance on item handling, storage, and transportation

About the Role

  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal)
  • Strong administrative and IT skills
  • Ability to learn bespoke software packages
  • High attention to detail for record updates and report writing

Essential Requirements:

  • Full clean UK driving licence, including manual vehicle experience
  • Ability to provide 5-year employment history for screening
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK
  • No bar to employment based on criminal record (assessed on individual merits)

Responsibilities

  • Ensure properties and related items are reported and managed through effective systems.
  • Log and store confidential item information.
  • Assist customers with varied enquiries.
  • Support internal operations and customers’ needs.
  • Liaise with suppliers and internal contacts.
  • Deliver high standards in a busy, public-facing office.
