We're looking for an Exam Delivery Manager to join our team in Milton Keynes on a permanent basis. This role offers a salary of £40,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week.
What you will be doing:
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of ACA and ICAEW-supported examinations, ensuring secure, accurate and timely delivery.
- Coordinate examination schedules, bookings and operational activities across multiple systems while resolving delivery issues.
- Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and test centres to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Analyse operational data, monitor performance and drive continuous improvements to examination processes and systems.
- Lead and develop the Exam Delivery Administrator team, allocating workloads and supporting performance and development.
- Produce management information and ensure compliance with regulatory, policy and quality standards.

What you will need:
- Experience managing complex operational processes within a regulated or service delivery environment.
- Experience leading or supervising a team.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience interpreting data to drive improvements.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Experience working with multiple systems and databases.
