Job Description

Exam Invigilator

  • Grade: B3 (£13.69)
  • Hours: Casual

We are seeking reliable and professional individuals to join our team of Exam Invigilators to support the smooth running of examinations.

You will play a key role in ensuring exams are conducted in a calm, fair, and secure environment, in line with exam board regulations. Duties include preparing exam rooms, supervising students during exams, distributing and collecting exam papers, and reporting any irregularities.

The ideal candidate will be organized, vigilant, and able to communicate clearly with students and staff. No prior experience is required as full training will be provided, however, a flexible and responsible approach is essential.

This is a casual role, with hours offered during exam periods.

NB: All post-holders at the White Rose Academies Trust are responsible for improving the outcomes for learners and upholding the ethos of the academies. Keeping Children Safe in Education and the guidance for Safer Working Practices directs the work of every adult working at or associated with the White Rose Academies Trust.
