Key Responsibilities
As an Examination Reader, Scribe, and Invigilator, your role will be essential in assisting students with special educational needs (SEN) during exams. Key duties include:

- Reading aloud examination questions to students who require assistance
- Scribing responses for pupils who have difficulty writing independently
- Invigiling exams to ensure compliance with regulations and a fair environment
- Providing a calm, supportive atmosphere to help students focus during assessments
- Organising and managing exam materials, including distribution, supervision, and collection

Please note: This role may require occasional weekend work during exam periods.
Who We’re Looking For
Any amount of overlap with the role is(valued, but no experience is required to begin—just enthusiasm and empathy. To succeed in this role, you’ll ideally bring:

- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students
- Empathy and patience, paired with a genuine desire to help students succeed
- Reliability and professionalism with strict adherence to confidentiality
- Flexibility to manage varied hours or late shifts when exams are in progress
A background in education, SEN support, or examination supervision would be advantageous but not essential.
