Job Description

JOB TITLE: Exams and Achievement Assistant

LOCATION: King’s Lynn (with occasional travel to other campuses)

HOURS: 30-37 hours per week

SALARY: £26,349 - £26,749 per annum FTE

We are a successful, community-focused FE College based in the East of England. We have a thriving Exams and Achievement team and in recent years, the department has grown from strength to strength. We offer an incredible training package and a chance to work within tight knit and supportive teams.

This is a fast-paced role working with colleagues both within and external to the College ensuring that exams are well-organised, students needs are met on an individual basis and regulatory compliance is in place across all exams. No two days are the same, the College has learners ranging from entry level through to level 7, and as such exams take place throughout the year. You will have excellent communication, data entry and organisational skills as well as a good level of IT competence.

During peak exam periods some flexibility may be required with regards to working hours, with the availability for time off in lieu or overtime to compensate. There may be occasions when an earlier start to the day and/ or later finish are needed.
