Exams Manager
Boston College are seeking an organised, and highly motivated Exams Manager to lead the planning, administration, and delivery of all examinations and assessments across the college.
As Exams Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that all internal and external examinations are conducted in accordance with awarding organisation regulations and college policies. You will manage the complete examination cycle, from entries and registrations through to results processing and certification, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and an excellent experience for students.
Working closely with curriculum teams, awarding organisations, student services, and senior leaders, you will provide expert guidance on examination procedures and maintain the highest standards of integrity and quality.
The ideal candidate must be highly organised and have exceptional attention to detail. They will also need to possess excellent oral & written communication skills, good interpersonal skills, and be able to display initiative. With a methodical approach the successful candidate will be well organised and flexible. They must possess the ability to produce accurate work to tight deadlines and be IT literate. Previous experience in an administrative role in a busy environment and experience of supervising or managing staff are also essential.
