About the Role
This is a pivotal role, seeking an exceptional team player with outstanding organisational and communication skills, along with a meticulous approach and exceptional attention to detail.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the effective planning, coordination, and delivery of all internal and external student examinations
- Leading, training, and supervising a team of invigilators
- Working confidently across multiple systems, ideally with experience in examinations administration
- Contributing to the use of student records systems

Experience in exams administration is highly valued, and the role requires flexibility—with one week of work expected in August to support the download, processing, and publication of examination results.
Terms of Employment
- Grade: SS Grade 8 (Points 20-22)
- FTE Annual Salary: £30,084 (pay award pending)
- Actual Salary: £25,846.20 gross per annum, equivalent to £2,153.85 gross per month
- Hours: 35 hours/week
- Contract: Permanent, term-time + 2 weeks (including 1 week in August)
