Exchanges Paralegal - Exchanges Team at Juno

Juno is a law firm for the digital age. We’re on a mission to transform the experience of buying and selling a home, making conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster for everyone.

For too long, conveyancing has been confusing, slow and not focussed on the client experience. With our proprietary technology and our talented team, we’re out to change this.

Juno makes conveyancing simpler, clearer and faster

Juno is a modern law firm specialising in residential conveyancing and operating throughout England and Wales. We complete thousands of sale, purchase and remortgage transactions each year, and we’re trusted with panel membership by 80+ mortgage lenders. We’re rated as one of the best conveyancing firms in the UK by our clients (4.9/5 on Trustpilot) and estate agents and brokers frequently tell us how much they enjoy working with us. We’ve built our own software in-house. Clients can do all their conveyancing online, and always know what’s going on. This has allowed us to optimise the process and complete transactions 50% faster than the average law firm.

What you’ll do

Work within our fast-paced Exchanges Team to facilitate smooth and efficient property exchanges Communicate frequently with clients, agents, and other solicitors regarding completion dates, chain updates, and outstanding issues Provide daily updates to clients when exchanges are delayed Collaborate with the team to deliver top-class conveyancing services Manage the list of files approaching exchange, focusing on exchanging ‘ready’ files and preparing ‘final prep’ files Request COTs, liaise with clients about deposits and signed documents, obtain authority to complete from Homes England and request LISAs when necessary Handle SIMs and associated tasks Contribute to scaling up and improving our exchange processes

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
