Provide strictly confidential, top-tier medical care for an ultra-high-net-worth family in a role of immense trust and critical responsibility.
We are seeking an independent, highly trusted clinical leader for a permanent, full-time position aboard a premier private vessel.
About the Role
As the dedicated medical authority for an exclusive household, your responsibilities will encompass:
- Comprehensive clinical oversight across all onboard health matters
- Autonomous decision-making in emergency responses
- Preventative and ongoing medical care protocols
- Service to elite destinations, including Italy, Greek Islands, Monaco, Mallorca, Ibiza, Marbella, and the Algarve

Responsibilities
- Lead all clinical operations with full autonomy
- Develop, enforce, and update onboard health protocols and emergency protocols
- Provide preventative, holistic, and crisis medical care at sea
- Maintain constant availability for high-stakes medical scenarios
- Ensure adherence to stringent corporate confidentiality standards
Requirements
Medical Qualifications
- Degree in medicine from a UK, Ireland, Europe, USA, Canada, Australia or New Zealand-recognized university
- Mandatory specialist training in:
- Family Practice
- Emergency Medicine
- Internal Medicine
Experience
- Minimum 5 years of specialist clinical experience
- Proven track record handling sensitive, discretion-driven high-net-worth medical cases
