About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Executive Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team specialising in Dermatology and Rheumatology. The successful candidate will promote our innovative pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, build relationships with key stakeholders, and achieve sales targets.
Location: High Wycombe / London (UK), with field-based deployment.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans for targeted customers in the Dermatology and Rheumatology sectors.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals within these fields.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned accounts.
- Conduct product presentations and therapeutic area discussions to healthcare providers, ensuring accurate, up-to-date information.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional teams, including:
- Account Manager colleagues
- Customer Pathway Managers (CPMs)
- Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs)
- Marketing
- Regulatory compliance teams
- Analyse market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service, supporting healthcare professionals with product inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system.

Who You Are
To excel in this role, you must be a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. We require:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or account management, ideally in Dermatology and/or Rheumatology.
- ABPI qualification.
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, including regulations, compliance, and market dynamics.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
Office Location Note
Our offices in Wokingham and High Wycombe will relocate to a modern, state-of-the-art Johnson & Johnson office in central Maidenhead (next to the train station) from mid-2026.
