Job Title: Executive Administrative Assistant

Role Description

The Executive Administrative Assistant is a full-time hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, whilst predominantly working from home. This role provides high-level administrative support to senior leadership, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel and logistical arrangements.

  • Maintaining confidentiality while managing sensitive information

Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills, including calendar management and coordination of meetings and travel.
  • Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid Clerical Skills, including document preparation, filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office or equivalent) and digital collaboration platforms.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Experience supporting executives or senior management in a corporate or investment-focused environment is beneficial.
  • Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent professional experience in administration, business, or a related field.
