Executive Administrative Sr. Analyst, UK
Quest is looking for an Executive Administrative Sr. Analyst to support senior leadership within our EMEA organization, providing high-level administrative support to executive stakeholders and their teams.
This position is based in the United Kingdom and is fully remote.

Responsibilities
Here's What You'll Do
As an Executive Administrative Sr. Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting senior executives and leadership teams across the organization. You will manage a wide range of administrative activities, ensure executives are effectively supported, and help drive operational efficiency across global teams.
- Executive Calendar Management - Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate priorities, and ensure efficient time management for senior leadership.
- Travel & Expense Coordination - Arrange domestic and international travel, process expense reports, and coordinate travel logistics using company-approved systems and processes.
- Executive Support - Provide day-to-day administrative support to executives and their direct reports, handling a variety of confidential and time-sensitive matters.
- Presentation & Content Development - Create, edit, and maintain executive presentations, reports, spreadsheets, and supporting materials for internal and external meetings.
- Event & Meeting Coordination - Plan and coordinate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), leadership meetings, off-sites, and other executive events.
- New Hire & Organizational Support - Assist with onboarding activities and administrative coordination for employees reporting into executive leadership teams.
- Communication & Documentation - Prepare correspondence, meeting materials, and reports while maintaining confidential records and information.
- Operational Excellence - Act as a trusted partner to executives by anticipating needs, solving problems proactively, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications
What We'd Like to See
- 5+ years of recent executive administrative experience
- Strong computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with Concur expense, travel, and invoicing
- Strong writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Positive attitude and a high degree of professionalism
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Fluent in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting senior executives within enterprise software, SaaS, or technology organizations
- Experience supporting GTM (Go-To-Market), Sales, or Front Office leadership teams
- Familiarity with global and matrixed business environments
- Experience creating executive-level presentations and communications
- Knowledge of Navan or similar travel management platforms
- Exposure to AI tools and technologies
- Ability to anticipate executive needs in a fast-paced international organization
- Flexibility to occasionally provide support outside standard business hours to accommodate global travel schedules
