Executive Administrator
22.5 hours per week (0.6 full-time equivalent), permanent post
We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and proactive Executive Administrator to provide high-level administrative and executive support to the CEO, Deputy Director, and the broader team at NCW.
Responsibilities
The Executive Administrator will:
- Support a broad range of activities, including:
- Board and committee administration
- Diary and meeting management
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Staff training coordination
- Organisational communications
- Work closely with colleagues and external stakeholders to:
- Maintain efficient systems and processes
- Ensure information is accurate, well-organised, and delivered to a high standard
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied role and is seeking to develop their career in executive administration within a busy and ambitious arts organisation.

Location & Flexibility
The role is based in the office at Dragon Hall, NCW’s headquarters in Norwich with some flexibility around working hours across the week.
