We are looking for an Executive & Project Assistant (E&PA) to join our dynamic team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hybrid role, with a minimum three days per week spent in our London office.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with a diverse range of stakeholders, supporting busy consulting teams and being at the heart of a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
The role:
As an E&PA, you will work closely with Nous Principals and Directors to provide proactive executive assistant support, helping them to stay organised and focused while supporting the growth of the business. This includes:
- Managing complex diaries, inboxes, travel arrangements and expenses with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Liaising with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders
- Supporting client development activities, including conducting research, preparing client materials, coordinating meetings and maintaining client records
- Supporting proposals by collating content, proofreading and coordinating submissions
- Working collaboratively with other E&PAs both locally and across Nous offices to share knowledge, workload and support one another.

You will also play an important role in supporting consulting engagements by providing administrative and logistical support on projects. This includes:
- Keeping project teams organised and on track to agreed project timelines
- Managing project logistics including coordinating meetings, travel arrangements and managing project expenses and invoicing
- Preparing for meetings, events or workshops (in office and off-site) including materials, room/venue set-ups, technology checks and supporting in-office project activities as required
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading project documents
- Pitching in flexibly to support project teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
About you:
Your brilliant planning and organisational skills, sound judgement and collaborative mindset will help you thrive in this role. In addition, you bring:
- Experience working in a team-based environment where you have managed competing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and well-developed organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a self-managed environment and apply sound judgement when prioritising and responding to changing needs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (including Word and PowerPoint)
- Strong interest and curiosity in using AI-enabled tools to work more effectively and build new skills. Existing knowledge of Copilot or similar AI tools a plus
- Previous EA, PA or project coordination experience (desirable but not essential)
- Experience in professional services or similar environment (highly regarded)
