Description
As a Executive Assistant at Foster + Partners, you will be a trusted partner to both Senior Partners and project teams, playing a vital role in keeping the studio running smoothly. This is a fast-paced, people-facing position where your organisation, judgement and discretion will be valued every day. You’ll be at the heart of a creative environment, managing priorities, solving problems and enabling senior stakeholders to focus on design leadership.
This role is ideal if you want to:

What you will bring to the team:
- Expertise in seamlessly coordinating high-level meetings, events and presentations.
- Confident, polished communication skills when representing senior leaders internally and externally.
- Strong organisational ability when managing correspondence, expenses and key documentation.
- A calm, solutions-focused approach when handling changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Demonstrable experience supporting senior executives in a PA or similar capacity.
- Proven track record in managing complex diaries and international travel arrangements.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
