Join Mills & Reeve as an Executive Assistant

An exciting opportunity to join our Mills & Reeve Executive Support Services team. We are looking for a proactive and skilled Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our lawyers. You will be a natural organiser, easy to work with and someone who thrives in a role that requires multi-tasking and working with a variety of people across the business.

The activities

  • Deliver outstanding Executive Assistant services to lawyers and business professionals
  • Manage diaries, meetings, travel arrangements, event planning and expenses
  • Support business development activities, including networking and updating client communications
  • Provide exceptional client service and proactively progressing tasks
  • Assist with finance and billing, including preparing invoices, and liaising with finance teams
  • Coordinate workflow, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively
  • Draft correspondence, amend legal documents, and manage client spreadsheets

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in a professional services environment, ideally supporting lawyers or similar professionals
  • A natural organiser, confident in managing multiple priorities and delegating tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to build sustainable relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Resilience, proactive, and willing to take on new responsibilities and challenges

Pre employment screening
