Executive Team Assistant - Permanent
Location - 1 day remote, SW London
Salary - £52,000 - £55,000 per annum plus great benefits
Join a highly regarded Executive Search Consultancy in a fast-paced role as an Executive Team Assistant to support the Senior Client Lead Director and the wider team. They need an Executive Team Assistant with a hands-on attitude and an extremely professional approach with outstanding communication skills. You will be liaising with CEO's of Private Equity companies around the world, both on the phone and via email.
Executive Team Assistant responsibilities include:
- Complex diary management for the senior Client Services team - working across different time zones
- Stakeholder management - first point of contact for clients/candidates on behalf of the senior Client Services team
- Maintaining client relationships
- Project coordination on assignments
- Producing reports, pitch documentation, and presentations
- Ensuring all relevant emails, calls, and meeting notes are appropriately recorded on the company CRM system
- Day-to-day contact with assistants at client organizations
- Scheduling client and executive calls and meetings for the senior Client Services team
- Helping to organize team events and company offsites
- Some personal support

- Self-motivated with the ability to work proactively and independently
- Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality
- An excellent communicator, both written and verbally
- Experience working in an Executive Search/Recruitment Consultancy is essential for this role
