Executive Assistant – M&A Investment Banking Team (Multiple MDs)
City of London | Leading European Finance Firm | 4:1 with the potential to consider 3:2 hybrid working
Base salary £60,000 - £65,000 + discretionary bonus + competitive benefits
Are you an experienced Executive Assistant with banking/finance experience looking to take the next step in your finance career?
Our client, a leading European finance firm with a highly regarded and collaborative EA network, is seeking a confident and proactive EA to support multiple Managing Directors within their M&A Investment Banking team, alongside lighter-touch support to the wider group.

This is a fast-paced, client-facing role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations, managing complex diaries, international travel, and providing project-related support in a dynamic, high-performing environment.
Essential criteria
- Proven EA or senior Team Assistant experience gained within investment banking or private equity, M&A a real bonus
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- A calm, polished, and professional manner even under pressure.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-moving, client-led setting.
- Ideally immediately available to start but will consider notice.
