Executive Assistant | International Executive Search Firm | London

£58,000 + Generous Bonus & Benefits | Hybrid (3 Office / 2 WFH)

The Role

Supporting two successful Consultants in a fast-paced 1:2 capacity, you'll play a critical role in the successful delivery of retained executive search assignments. This is a varied, deadline-driven role requiring exceptional organisation, sound judgement, and the confidence to manage priorities independently while building strong relationships with senior clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage senior client and candidate relationships with professionalism, discretion, and excellent communication skills.
  • Coordinate complex international diaries, travel, interviews, and meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Produce high-quality candidate reports, references, proposals, and briefing documents with speed and accuracy.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of executive search assignments, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
  • Anticipate Consultants' needs, proactively managing competing priorities and acting on their behalf where appropriate.
  • Conduct research using internal and external resources to support search assignments and client presentations.
  • Maintain accurate assignment administration and database records.
  • Provide support across the EA team when required.

About You

  • Previous Executive Assistant experience within executive search (or management consulting) is essential.
  • Experienced supporting senior Consultants or Partners in a demanding professional services environment.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and confident working autonomously.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with a collaborative, team-focused approach.
  • Stable career history demonstrating commitment and reliability.
  • Advanced MS Office skills and confidence using databases and research tools.

Package

£58,000 salary plus generous bonus and comprehensive benefits, with hybrid working (three days in the London office and two days from home).
