A highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced and proactive Legal PA / Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support in a true 1:1 role.

The role offers a hybrid working of 4 days in the office and 1 WFH! Salary is competitive based on experience (£50,000 - £57,000).

This is an excellent opportunity for a polished and relationship-focused professional who enjoys becoming a trusted right-hand support to a senior stakeholder.

Working closely with your principal, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of a busy practice while also becoming involved in a range of business development initiatives and projects.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially aware, and confident managing competing priorities within a fast-paced professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing high-level 1:1 support
  • Complex diary and inbox management
  • Coordinating meetings, travel, and itineraries
  • Managing client communications and stakeholder relationships
  • Supporting business development activities, events, and marketing initiatives
  • Assisting with presentations, pitches, and client materials
  • Supporting project work and ad hoc initiatives
  • Acting as a key point of contact both internally and externally

Candidate Profile

  • Previous experience supporting a senior executive, partner, or fee earner
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
  • Experience assisting with business development activities and events
  • Professional, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • High levels of emotional intelligence and discretion
  • Able to work autonomously and anticipate needs
