About Lidl & The Role

Everyone at Lidl brings something unique—and we recognise passion, adaptability, and assertiveness. They shine just like you.

Our Buying team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support Senior Buying Directors and the wider buying team. You’ll be the go-to person for everything from office management to resolving operational issues.

Given the diverse touchpoints across multiple departments, strong organisational and communication skills are essential. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive "can-do" attitude, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

We offer a hybrid work model—spend three + days in our state-of-the-art London office (with gym, restaurant, and more), plus up to two days working remotely for the ideal work-life balance.

For internal naming purposes, this role will be referred to as Associate Consultant.

Responsibilities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
