What We're Looking For
We're now looking for an Executive Assistant to join our Commercial leadership team. This newly created position offers a unique opportunity to work directly with our CEO, Commercial, helping drive strategic priorities, governance, communications and operational effectiveness.
What's The Role
As a trusted partner to the Commercial CEO, you'll play a key role in ensuring the Commercial Division runs effectively and remains focused on delivering its priorities.
You'll
- Support the Commercial CEO and leadership team with planning, governance and strategic delivery
- Coordinate leadership meetings, governance forums and Operating Committee activity
- Prepare and manage agendas, reports, presentations and leadership communications
- Track actions, risks, priorities and governance spend across the division
- Lead the coordination of Commercial communications and engagement activity
- Organise and support Commercial Town Halls, leadership events and strategic planning sessions
- Coordinate preparation for key customer meetings and senior stakeholder engagements
- Build strong relationships across Commercial, Finance, People and Technology functions
- Support the delivery of business planning and operational improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a Business Manager, Executive Assistant, Executive Support, Governance, Operations or similar role
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience preparing presentations, reports and business communications for senior audiences
- The confidence to challenge, influence and build credibility with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- The ability to work with discretion and handle confidential information appropriately
- Commercial awareness and an interest in how businesses operate and grow
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word and Excel
