Job Title: Executive Assistant

Client Location: Central London - Hybrid (3-4 days on-site)
Starting: ASAP

Pay Comments: PAYE (40hrs/week)
Minimum Pay (per day): 192.31
Maximum Pay (per day): 269.00
Hours: Full-time
Duration: Until 30th October 2026


Job Description:

Aquent is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to partner with a leading global entertainment service, connecting hundreds of millions of paid memberships across numerous countries with captivating TV series, documentaries, feature films, and games.

This is an incredible opportunity to make a significant impact, directly supporting a Senior Director within a key global consumer products team. Your organizational prowess and proactive approach will be instrumental in driving the success of initiatives that enhance audience engagement and build lasting franchises around beloved content. If you're ready to be at the heart of a dynamic, international team, shaping how audiences interact with entertainment, this role is for you!

This is a short-term contract until Oct 2026, offering up to £269 per day – 40 hrs/week (PAYE). The shortlisted candidates will be contacted ASAP. Due to the high volume of applicants, we may be unable to reply to each applicant individually.

In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of a fast-paced, global team, ensuring seamless operations and effective communication across diverse international regions. You will directly contribute to strategic objectives by managing complex schedules, facilitating critical communications, and enabling senior leadership to focus on high-level decision-making. Your ability to anticipate needs and implement efficient solutions will directly influence the team's productivity and success in bringing innovative consumer products to market.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage complex calendars, scheduling meetings and calls internally and externally, including large cross-functional gatherings across multiple international time zones.
  • Attend key meetings, meticulously taking notes and managing agendas to ensure follow-through.
  • Assist in preparing impactful presentation slide decks and other essential materials, including onboarding resources for new team members.
  • Facilitate extensive communication across multiple teams, functions, and international regions, including global marketing, PR, brand, and content teams.
  • Coordinate with regional consumer products teams and administrative support to maintain alignment across product categories globally.
  • Organize and manage various internal events, including team offsites and training sessions.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel logistics as needed, ensuring smooth itineraries.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as processing travel and expense reports and maintaining internal distribution lists.
  • Collaborate effectively with other administrative professionals across various departments and regions, fostering a cohesive support network.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Experience as an administrative assistant, including significant experience supporting at a VP level or above.
  • Proven ability to manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with unwavering attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing complex communications across diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and respond proactively to requests.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset with a calm demeanour and optimistic perspective.
  • High level of discretion and ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Flexible and proactive team player, comfortable operating in a fast-paced, team-oriented global environment.
  • Comfortable supporting a global, multi-region team and working across various time zones.
  • Motivated to develop a long-term career in the administrative/business support field.
  • Commitment to embracing and advocating for inclusion.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • Previous working experience in the technology, film, and/or television industries.
  • Proficiency in G Suite.
  • Proficiency in a second European language or additional language skills relevant to international markets.
